About This Video
In this tech-vision talk, Lama examines the status of women in leadership roles in the Middle East and North Africa region through the lens of two phenomena: the bursting pipeline and the glass cliff. The bursting pipeline refers to the disparity between women’s high graduation rates in STEM and their meager workplace representation in STEM fields.
