Shelly joined WiDS in 2018, and she is currently the Ambassador Program Director. She is passionate about elevating women around the world and supporting their ambitions and passions. Prior to joining WiDS, Shelly served in software engineering leadership positions for Intuit, the University of Colorado, IBM, US Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Northwest Airlines, and numerous startups in Boulder, Colorado. Shelly is also a Leadership Coach, with over 11 years of coaching emerging and established leaders working in the tech industry in areas such as influence and collaboration, having a positive impact, and working through conflict effectively.
