Alina is an accomplished leader and data scientist with over 20 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI and Big Data. She specializes in helping create data-driven organizations, leading teams of data scientists, and delivering analytic solutions. She is experienced in Machine Learning and AI, holds a Masters in Statistics from York University, and an MBA in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix Arizona. Alina is an advocate of responsible and ethical AI. She joined Home Trust Company in 2023 as a Director of Data Science, where she is responsible for leading data science and AI initiatives to enable advanced analytics across the company.
